The Conference Declaration recommended the formulation of a National Poverty Graduation Policy, strengthening of community institutions, expansion of livelihood and enterprise opportunities, improved access to inclusive financial services, and greater investment in climate adaptation and green finance. It also called for coordinated action by federal and provincial governments, development partners, the private sector and civil society to mobilize resources and advance poverty graduation. The conference underscored the need to translate these recommendations into coordinated action, measurable outcomes and sustainable livelihood opportunities, while promoting household resilience, economic self-reliance and inclusive development across Pakistan.
